DAY 2 SHOOT
On the, Second day of the shoot, we mainly shot the indoor scenes first and it got dark outside so we decided to do the outdoor shoot the next day. ,
Story board - Updated Version
When there was some updates in the script which is why we had to make a latest version of story board
Permission Mail To Artist
We wrote a permission mail to the original artist of the song so that we don't get report later on by the artist or face copyright on our video.
Revised Script
Revised script. Artist:Taseer Haider Shots to be taken: indoor setting first then outdoor setting. The music video is about a teenager who is struggling to make a music video as he is not getting an idea for the song and one night he wakes up from a dream which had the song name in it and that's what inspired him to write “supercuts”. The video further unfolds his struggle with his academic work and displays his interest in artist activities like decorating his room. His room is also portrayed to a messy one which correlates with him being a typical teenager. The music video also shows his parents being disappointed in him because of him lacking in studies and followed by him getting kicked out of the house. In the outdoor setting shots he is shown to be careful and enjoying doing what he loves which is playing music and making it.
Our Equipment !
In some locations, we would use a Gorilla Tripod and a Camera Stand for camera steadiness, but we also prefer free hand movement. For filming, we'd utilise a Nikon D5300 and an iPhone 12 Pro Max. We wouldn't use a microphone because there would be no spoken dialogues in our music video. In addition, each item belongs to my partner and myself.
Checked Weather Forecast for Upcoming shoot
We checked the weather forecast for the whole month of January and then chose the dates with suitable weather that were not clashing with anyone's schedule.
